• Calculation of employee salaries

• Billing for room charges at the hotel

• Handling inquiries of all kinds

• Driving therapists to different locations

• Acting as the president's proxy at meetings

• Associated tasks as required

• Understanding of Arigato Massage's vision and dedication to its realization

• Ability to prioritize tasks, pay close attention to detail, and complete work by deadlines

• Cooperation and leadership skills with the ability to consider colleagues appropriately

• Proficiency in Word and Excel

• Native or business-level Japanese, conversational English

• Holder of a valid visa allowing employment in Japan

• Driver's license holder

Employment Type:

Full-time employee, contract employee, part-time, or temporary staff

Working Conditions:

• Full-time employee: ¥2.5～3 million annually

• Contract employee, part-time, temporary staff: ¥1,200～1,500 per hour*

       *¥960 yen during the training period

       *Hourly rate determined by experience

• 14:00 to 21:00* (1-hour break included in between)

       *Overtime may be requested based on customer demand

       *Late-night overtime rate: 25% increase after 22:00

• 6 to 8 days off per month, shift system

From 2024 April 1st to October 31st
