Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

    (3) When it would violate laws and regulations

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the company will not disclose information other than personal information, such as browsing history and characteristic information, in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If personal information held by the company is incorrect, the user may request the company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the information through the procedure specified by the company.

  2. If the company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user under the preceding paragraph, it shall promptly correct the personal information.

  3. When the company has made corrections, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make corrections, etc., it shall promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If requested by the individual, on the grounds that personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by fraudulent means, the company shall promptly conduct necessary investigations.

  2. Based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, the company shall promptly suspend the use of the personal information.

  3. If the company suspends the use of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend its use, it shall promptly notify the user.

  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, if it is difficult to take measures such as suspension of use due to the large amount of expenses associated with suspension of use, or if it is difficult to suspend use for other reasons and alternative measures are necessary to protect the rights and interests of users, the company shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. Except for matters stipulated separately by the company, the company may change the contents of this policy without notifying users.

  2. Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy shall become effective when posted on the website.
